It's work, Jim, but not as we know it

I'm now well enough to be back at work (which is a shame in some respects but rather reassuring overall).  I weas absolutely wiped out on Tuesday and little use to anyone, but I seem to have recovered since then.   I'm still taking things a bit easy and not letting myself get too stressed.  With luck, this progress will continue...
